Heavenly Banana Chocolate Brownies
Ingrédients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
2. Melt butter and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
3. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
4. Fold in half of the banana slices.
5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Let cool, then top with remaining banana slices and drizzle with chocolate ganache.
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
