150 g cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
2 eggs 🥚
1 teaspoon baking powder
(optional) sweetener of choice – sugar, honey or stevia 🍯

🔥 Preparation:
In a bowl, melt the cottage cheese with a fork or beat it in a blender.
Add the eggs, baking powder and sweetener – mix everything well.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil or butter.
Pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan, forming thin pancakes.
Fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
