1 cup (250 ml)
2 cups all-purpose yogurt
2 cups flour
1 package of back-up spray
1 cup oil
4 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
2 cups poppy seeds
2 packages vanilla sugar

Preparation:
1. First, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until foamy. Then, gradually add the oil, all-purpose yogurt and the mixture of flour, poppy seeds and baking powder.
2. Now, place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40-45 minutes. Remove and let cool.
3. For the glaze, melt the chocolate and mix it with the oil and butter. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake. Let it rest and serve.
